Due to any unseen circumstances, delivery timelines can be delayed without notice, although Chyll strives to meet timelines and keep the customer informed.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address given on the order is ready and able to accept delivery of the products. in case of an incorrect mailing address and/or contact number provided by the customer or unavailability of the person to accept delivery in two attempts by the courier, we will cancel the order unless informed otherwise.
Payment may be made by any single one of the methods indicated at the checkout page on our website.
If a customer opts for bank transfer as the payment method, please follow the instructions on the page and send us a timely proof of payment via WhatsApp +92 307 296 776, after which we will check if the funds have been received. If proof of payment is not provided, the order will not be processed.
If a customer wants to place an exchange and the new required item is out of stock, a refund or return will not be possible. We will encourage you to find another desired item. If nothing desired is available in the required size, then we can give you a voucher for the equivalent amount.
The customer will have to bear the expense of returning an exchanged piece to our Karachi office.
For international orders, exchanges cannot be processed.
